Brain injury presentation in SF – May 23, 2018

I’m excited to be presenting my brain injury talk to the staff at Next Door Homeless Shelter in San Francisco on May 23, 2018, 10-11:30 am.

Did you know…

  • It’s estimated about 50% of homeless people have suffered a brain injury.
  • Usually the brain injury precedes the homelessness.
  • Concussions cause endogenous depression and anxiety. Basically they inflame the brain.
  • Fish oil is the fire extinguisher!
